RECOMMENDATIONS AND REGULATIONS

To maintain service quality, we ask for punctuality so that treatments can start and end at the scheduled time (preferably arrive 5 minutes early).

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

It is essential to book any treatment in advance at our Beauty Center. In case of CANCELLATION, this must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise, the company may charge a penalty of 50% of the service cost, even if not performed, or the voucher session will be marked as used.
Prices in Euros (VAT included).
Vouchers expire after 1 year and are personal and non-transferable.
In case of refund for justified reasons, the amount to be returned will be the result of subtracting the sessions used (at individual session price) from the total voucher amount.
