RECOMMENDATIONS AND REGULATIONS
To maintain the quality of service, we ask for punctuality so that treatments can begin and end at the initially established time (preferably 5 minutes before).
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
It is essential to book any type of treatment in our Beauty Center in advance. In case of CANCELLATION, it must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise, the company may penalize with 50% of the cost of the service, even if it is not performed, or the corresponding session of the voucher will be marked as used.
Prices in euros (VAT included).
Vouchers have a validity of 1 year and are personal and non-transferable.
In case of return for justified reasons, the amount to be returned will be the result of subtracting the sessions performed at the individual session price from the total amount of the voucher.
