RECOMMENDATIONS AND REGULATIONS

To maintain the quality of service, we ask for punctuality so that treatments can start and finish at the initially established time (preferably 5 minutes before).

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

It is essential to book any type of treatment in our Beauty Center in advance. In case of CANCELLATION, it must be made with a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise, the company may penalize with 50% of the cost of the service, even if it is not performed, or the corresponding session of the voucher will be marked as used.
Prices in euros (VAT included).
Vouchers are valid for 1 year and are personal and non-transferable.
In case of a refund for justified reasons, the amount to be returned will be the result of subtracting the cost of the sessions already taken (at the individual session price) from the total price of the voucher.
