NOW OPEN Metropolitan has opened its new club in Ourense in the space formerly occupied by the Multicentro Galicia galleries. It covers an area of 2,300 m2, with three activity rooms and a water zone dedicated to providing its members with a 360º wellness experience, integrating the latest innovations and trends in this field. In addition to the functional training area, it has spaces for cycling, yoga, pilates, body pump, zumba, and combat. Among its fitness services, it also features Biostrength, which fully adapts to the user, allowing for 30% better results in the same amount of time compared to using other types of machinery. Biodrive, a system patented by Technogym, is based on a revolutionary aerospace technology driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI) that ensures maximum neuromuscular activation and the proper configuration and execution of exercises according to the user's goals. The new Center in Ourense will also have coworking spaces, lockers, and safes, and all the necessary changing room amenities such as towels, shower gel, cologne, hairdryers, and hair straighteners, among many others.
