RECOMMENDATIONS AND REGULATIONS

To maintain quality service, we ask for punctuality so that treatments can start and end at the initially established time (preferably 5 minutes before).

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

It is essential to book any type of treatment at our Beauty Center in advance. In the case of CANCELLATION, it must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, the company may penalize with 50% of the cost of the service, even if it is not performed, or the corresponding voucher session will be marked as used.

Prices in euros (VAT included).

Vouchers are valid for 1 year and are personal and non-transferable.

In case of a refund for justified reasons, the amount to be returned will be the result of subtracting the sessions performed at the individual session price from the total amount of the voucher.
